Lee Bussard was a successful
motivational speaker who had cerebral palsy. Lee was a highly respected, keynote speaker
for conferences, conventions, schools, governments and corporations. He spoke to
Fortune 500 organizations worldwide on topics such as diversity in the workplace, managing
a changing workforce, and Americans with Disabilities Act. Having overcome many
difficulties in life, he worked closely with the disabled across North America. The book, 'More Alike Than Different', takes you inside the heart and mind of one
of North America's most compelling motivational speakers, Lee Bussard. It reveals his

successful business as a motivational speaker, and travels the world.
Since 1984, Lee Bussard has been associated with The Pacific Institute, a worldwide
educational organization that teaches motivation and opportunity to over one million
people annually in predominantly corporate settings. Lee used the institute's
curriculum to promote the psychological and emotional well-being of people with
disabilities and their families, and to promote greater integration of the disabled into
the workforce and society. Each year, he also appeared on several Children's
Telethons across North America, most notably The Variety Club Telethons in British
Columbia and Iowa. Lee lived in Bellevue, Washington with his wife and two children. |
There is

| We are deeply saddened
to report that our dear friend Lee Bussard passed away Sunday evening October 31, 1999 at
Providence Hospital in Seattle, after a short illness. He will be missed and he will
be remembered. |
